excelent! Do you know where I can find some tips or tutorials to do things like that in Blender? I'm good at modeling, but I am just begining to learn more complex things about animations.

cheers! this test was done using only shape keys and a one head bone, but there are more ways to do it, like using only bones. I can't include any addresses here (i tried) but google will get you far. Try searching for "blender face modeling" to get info about topology and "blender face rigging" to find out about different rigging methods :)
