There is no such thing as Man-made global warming, it's all a hoax created by the left wing socialist liberals to get rich and control our lives. Fight them, or die.
There is a process by which CO2 is made into something useful for humans. It's what plants do you dipshit. Plant a tree fuck head, stop making retarded videos.
Plants take in sunlight and CO2, and make Oxygen and sugars. We, in the future, have seen the benefit of developing technology which can simulate the same function as plants...
Please take a grade 4 level class in chemistry, and learn some things about 'ions', and 'molecules' and 'atoms' and reduction and oxidation. Carbon dioxide (a.k.a. "CO2"), is the most oxidized carbon molecule in the universe. It is highly UNreactive and EXTREMELY stable. This is why it is such a problem.
Please take a kindergarten class on how to talk respectfully to others, to start with. Then you might want to consider taking all contents of the video into account before you criticize. I never said that carbon dioxide, in its virgin form, could ever do anything by itself. I proposed it be altered through processing into something usable. You have no idea of future processes that can make CO2 more reactive and unstable enough to do so. I do. @kyleduncann
Sorry technocreep, I should have toned down my comment as if I was speaking to a toddler. I guess there is the possibility that you did travel into the future and hold the key to the entire global warming issue. Its people like you that might one day save the world. I'd like to hear the actual technical explanation of these future processes. Do you have a degree in chemistry? Physics? Biology? Any degree? Wait, I bet you have a major in whiteboard talks with a minor in sandwich artistry!Goodluck
that is such a stupid idea about feeding people with the ingredient. It would be good if the CO2 can be turn into food for animals or harvest that would be ideal. Maybe have it turn back into another kind of fuel would be super.
Also, what you are saying about the venoms. It is also like Sodium Chloride. Sodium kills you, so does Chloride. Together, it makes your ordinary table salt. That is a better example ;) Also, you adding some other elements to form new compounds or useful resources could actually harm the earth. Excess of a good thing doesn't necessarily permit good results. But your idea is good. I suggest you research things more to get a better idea of what you are dealing with.
Actually, there is a filtration device in the desert connected to an industrial plant that has only CO2 as byproduct. The device blows the CO2 slowly into canisters filled with aggressive algae (which turn sunlight, water and CO2 into O2 and more algae). About once a week, they grind up the algae and give to farmers for fertilization, and redo the tanks.
I predict in the near future that all industries will need to be piped into this device (kinda like the oil pipeline, but for CO2), to completely rid of industry waste. Cars are being researched to produce less if-not no pollutants, so the air will clean itself over time.
That's cool. I think though that some of these things can be avoided anyway. Although the government has hundreds of energy efficient machines and inventions that are something like 98 percent efficient, they choose to not use them for money. I heard that if you send an invention in that could basically end all needs for fuel, etc, then the gov. has the rights to take it away!!! It's so ridiculous.
HEY! With enough planning, you could run your car totally on solar right now. Solar panels on the hood, roof, and trunk, you could not only use this while driving, but be storing up energy for when there is no sunlight. And if employers would allow for storing extra batteries at the workplace, you could drive to work on one set of batteries, and home on the other. And solar power recharging at the workplace for the set of batteries that's there.
Yeah, it would help but it isn't practicle. First of all, the car wouldn't be very high powered, which for me isn't a problem. But in order to stop the problem we have we need to have a revolutionary way for producing and using energy. We already have hundreds of those ways, but the government holds them for money from fuel and oil.
Well, that air filter uses energy. Energy is produced by gasoline and oil (of course, not always, but I assume that is what they will use.) These fuels put the CO2 into the air. It is like running on a tredmill and eating a doughnut at the same time.
that's why we need to start using other sources of energy production, like solar, wind, water, gravity, etc... And using them in combination would produce plenty of energy for the job.

Not practical Yet, but given time and development...
