Instead of using celebrate it paper bags can you use wine bottle bags and cut them to the size you want?

I am confused about adhering the two paper bags together. I guess I'm asking the same question as pinkandgreenlife. I tried following your directions but Im stuck at adhering the pocketed bag to the bottom one.Thanks

Thank you for the video. I'm sorry, but I just can't tell from the video how the two bags are adhered together. Specifically, how is the pocket page attached to the other page if that little flap is adhered to the chipboard under the decorative paper. Thanks.
