It's actually not a good idea to play with a cat this way. They can't tell the difference between when it's okay to attack your hand, and when it isn't. It's also not a good idea to move your hand under the bed covers for the cat to attack. They can't tell the difference between when it's okay to attack whatever's moving under the covers, and when you're just moving your feet. I learned this the hard way.

If you clip the sharp tips of the fingernails, you won't have to worry about scratches.

When I have tried that with my cats, whether it is a glove or a sock, they bite WAY too hard. I think it is because they don't recognize it as being me.  Either Maru doesn't bite that hard, or you are a lot tougher than I am! Love the videos!

I always play this game with my cat. With my first cat, who was a giant black Tom, you had to wear a glove or it was too painful. We were much rougher than this, though - he would roll on his back and disembowel my hand with his hind feet!

@AdelafromRO I disagree. He does and will bite if the owner doesn't wear gloves. Actually; she used a glove to protect her skin from his scratches. I'm not even surprised that Maru bites. The fact that he loves boxes too much and wants always to digg his head into a bag or something proves that he as a kitten was taken too soon away from his mother. The boxes, buckets and bags etc... reminds him of something like a 'womb' and 'security' that he missed.

Uhm I believe someone told me a scottish fold, but with ears up. I think some have the gene where the ears are up.

I believe breeding scottish folds is always done with one scottish fold and one british shorthair, because of the high risk of deformities when using two scottish folds. So some kittens will have folded ears, and some won't.

I'm not entirely sure, but it was something like that. :)
