@nat3803 Yes, DO NOT GIVE UP! If anything, your body is all the better for it especially your heart. Have you tried weight watchers, maybe you're not eating enough. I know it sounds crazy BUT to burn fat you have to eat. Also, you may have to cut carbs al together for the most part like I had to. Lastly, if you're on any medications research to be sure they are not contributing to weight gain.
@Barginjunkie69 I'm going to get the toning ones as well where she works with the resistance bands because I have the ones from years ago. This is the newest one I have. It is not a game. I think people underestimate this workout.
Just hearing you give your testimony or review of the DVD, makes me motivated to get back on the wagon after I'd say 3 weeks of falling off and eating nothing but junk. I'm getting this DVD and I'm going to start slow probably at the 1 mile mark and work my way up. Thanks again for reviewing this product and in turn getting me motivated to get back onto the weight loss wagon.
