  • Thanks for the encouragement! I have only about 10 lbs. that need to come off, but man...that 10 lbs. can feel like 50 sometimes. I've been doing her 2-mile walks and yes, always feel so much better after I do them. And being that I've been in fitness for the past 15 years and had been an athlete all through school, I thought this would be pointless. I was wrong...I worked up a good sweat but without feeling too drained to do anything else afterward. xx

  • I love Leslie Sansone workouts! I started using her 2 mile workouts in January and lost 10 pounds. Now, I'm doing the 3 mile workout (Leslie Sansone 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk). I do the workouts six days a week. And these workouts WORK! I have the 5 mile workout video, but have not started it yet. Good job girl! Keep up the good work!

  • I will try her video again. I did one of her videos about two year ago for four months in a row and didn't shed any weight at all. I am 55now and I have tried everything to get rid of these pounds. I also walked four miles a day for three months last summer and nothing. Thanks for your video. I will not give up.

  • @nat3803 Yes, DO NOT GIVE UP! If anything, your body is all the better for it especially your heart. Have you tried weight watchers, maybe you're not eating enough. I know it sounds crazy BUT to burn fat you have to eat. Also, you may have to cut carbs al together for the most part like I had to. Lastly, if you're on any medications research to be sure they are not contributing to weight gain.

  • @Barginjunkie69 I'm going to get the toning ones as well where she works with the resistance bands because I have the ones from years ago. This is the newest one I have. It is not a game. I think people underestimate this workout.

  • Just hearing you give your testimony or review of the DVD, makes me motivated to get back on the wagon after I'd say 3 weeks of falling off and eating nothing but junk. I'm getting this DVD and I'm going to start slow probably at the 1 mile mark and work my way up. Thanks again for reviewing this product and in turn getting me motivated to get back onto the weight loss wagon.
