Movie was awesome perfect i saw it today and i can't stop talking about it!!! the graphic were awesome and the death scene and the ending are so well done omg now i have seen the 1st 4 orginal movies and thier good but this is better. And for people that saw the movie im wondering if som parts were takin out like at 1:21 with the guy falling at a pool i dnt remember seeing that. but movie is great go see!!!!!! ^_^

Pure garbage.....Robert Englund as Freedy was so much more psychotically scary...scary face, scary tactics, scary voice and a crazy laugh that would make any 6 year old kid pee in their pants for months. :)

yeah and alsi robert englund is kinda hard to take serious since all the past ones.Same thing with jason,michael meyers and leatherface.They always trie to add some type of comedic twist to the killer like jason punches a guys head off and beats someone with a sleeping bag.Leatherface just being retarded, and michael meyer killing people in some funny situations. this remake looks awesome, all you whiners need to quit bitching, yea he looks different, but thing is, he actually looks like a serious burn victim now. Yea story has differences, but thats where the word "remake" comes in. Its remade to be different. The other fact to remember is that the old series had a lot of humor in it, this appears to be a more serious take on it, and new freddy is wayyy more pedo status

This looks so poorly put together. I grew up with the originals, this new version is nothing compared to Robert Englund Nightmare. Won't get my money. What does Michael Bay know about Nightmare on Elm St. Rob Zombie should have done this film.

The story is about a pedophile who gets his comeuppance by the children's parents...they corner him and set him on fire. He dies and somehow comes back to get revenge on the victims. Rent the older movies though, this "newer" one only helps to destroy the greatness of the other ones. Robert Englund as Freddy was tops!!
