This is a highly propagandized peice included with the DVD. Ayn Rand would get a kick out of this; it promulgates the socialist notion that Western people's should feel guilty for building their society, thus continue to allow in migrants at the expense of the environment, rather than hold their neighbors accountable for governing and building their society, unionizing, etc.. Migration destroys labor unionizing on both sides of the border, so it's counter productive to social ideals.
