Demi has actually told David archuleta she speaks some Spanish and Vanessa has spoke it before. Besides 3 classes of Spanish teaches vocabulary, grammar, both past tenses, and the future and present tense. Many people take Spanish classes and appear fluent at the end especially if they have good pronunciation.

And there's some people who spoke spanish as children but don't use it anymore, but still can use it. first, you spelled filipina wrong. second, tagalog or any other language of the philippines does not "come from" spanish. they are not even linguistically related. there are tons of loan words from spanish into tagalog because the spainards ruled the PI for hundreds of years. if you dont know, google it, dont infect every one else with your ignorance. my source? im half spanish (from spain) and 1/4 filipino and my dad grew up in the PI and i speak both tagalog and spanish.

i think people need to remember that this is obviously something taped and edited..
