They also need to make their games more open to and accepting of modification and customization. As much as Rockstar may hate to admit it, one of the best things about San Andreas is how easy it is to mod, it's one of the main reasons people get the game on the PC even after owning the PS2 version, so they can use and work with the awesome stuff created by other GTA fans and make mods of their own.
