This guys explanation of a profession is off by a long shot; and I suppose its OK to just make things up as we go along, as along as it looks like we know what we are talking about. Plumbers have more knowledge of there profession than most social workers, no you do not need a degree for that crap job. I suppose we should be grateful his wife wasn't a gas station attendant?
