  • I choose who I listen to i dont allow the radio to dictate it. Music to me is soo powerfull and i have such a deep relationship that you may even call it a drug and im trully addicted to artist like Nas and Damian. • Damn Nas is on some other real life shit. First Untitled now Distant Relatives with the baby legend Damian Marley. Nas is trying to change the game but these mainstream idiots wont give him a chance over Waka flocka, Gucci Mane, or anything with the young money stamp of approval. Wake up people our problems here arent anything like whats going on in Africa from Genocide to poverty they are our distant relatives in Africa embrace the truth of this album and support the cause.

  • I find it a little interesting that both Nas and Damian Marley's full names include the full names of their fathers, just an observation. The album is a masterpiece, I actually hope this is not their last project together.

  • el mejor legado de bob

  • @CholoFoLife93

    Yes..

    probably not.

  • 0:50 what's the name of that song ?

  • WHATS THAT SONG THAT STARTS AT 1:22 in the background??

&& WHATS THE SONG AT 1:45?!?!

  • @TheIteachU 1:22 is strong will continue, 1:45 is africa must wake up

  • my mom says NaS & Damian Marley better do sumthin cause the south is takin over.. they already have. so they better make a come-back

  • i hate nas... hes a racist fuck who has nothiing to say that doesn't put down the white race and try to make a sob story for blacks.

  • @johnr1031 this is for Africans...Not the same as blacks.

  • @DTY16 sorry... 97% of africa, which happens to be black. but im not only talking about this album, this album is fine I actually like it. The one i have a problem with is Nas' last album before this. It's a sob story about how the government and whites put down blacks and he's still crying about slavery (which I cannot fucking stand, if it weren't for white people black people would STILL be slaves)

  • @johnr1031 if it weren't for white people, black people wouldn't have been slaves in the first place. so that argument is just fucking stupid.

  • @dlogsr works both ways my friend.

  • Comment removed

  • @dlogsr i think your just fucking stupid

  • @johnr1031 OOOH GOOD ONE!!! you got me.

by the way, your = something that belongs to you. you're = YOU ARE. fuckin dumbass.

  • @johnr1031 because you're too damn uneducated that you can't speak better than a 3rd grader? ENGLISH motherfucker... do you speak it?

  • @johnr1031

Gives examples of him crying on his last album or shut the fuck up.

  • Comment removed

  • @johnr1031 Africans SHOULD NOT have been "Slaves" to begin with. Who was it that stole "Africans" from their "Homeland" and enslaved them? I understand WHY "Africans In America" are so upset but, the ONLY thing I don't understand is how "PEOPLE" HERE support Nas so much even though his "Credibility" stinks. Peace!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST Because Nas is the only person in a sea of ignorant rappers who has always had conscious music, since illmatic.

  • @3Seen Nas has NO CREDIBILITY. Because he is just ANOTHER "Musick Industry Puppet". Nas works with ANYBODY the "Musick Industry" throws at him without argument. He BASICLY does what "They" say. There are MANY REAL ARTISTS out there who work very hard to PROLONG the TRUE ROOTS of "Hip Hop". Most have GONE "Independent" because of "Musick Industry Dictation".

  • @3Seen One REAL ARTIST is "Immortal Technique. He has had ENDLESS offers to "Sign" with a "Major Label" but has REFUSED. Why? Because of these EXACT reasons that I speak on. He wants to RELEASE HIS TRUE MESSAGE, artistry, and CREATIVITY without "Industry Dictation". Please do some RESEARCH before SPEAKING. Peace!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST when an artist says he "doesnt care" or even worse "i know my album wont sell but i dont give a fuck, i just want to speak to my people...", when he was talking about his album "NIGGER/Untitled", how is the industry dictating that...nas has always been nas even when he's lost, he has the right vision, but no guidance...dont worry about my research, its only opinion

  • Comment removed

  • @3Seen man stop messing with nas or ill get damian on u thw whole of jamaica

  • @johnr1031 "if it weren't for white people black people would STILL be slaves" I'm not a racist but some white people say the most reckless things also I highly doubt in 2010 they'd still be slavery & if so they'd be a whole lot of Nat turners (rebellious slave who killed his master).

  • @johnr1031

Go listen to Chely Wright if you want music that's only geared toward white people

  • love the sound at 1:06 real classic beat

  • LOVED the show tonight. Gonna LOVE the album too!

  • One more day, I CAN'T WAIT. This is going to be a CLASSIC. Much LOVE to NAS and Damian :o)

  • In a week I am going 2 see something epic.

  • what is the song in the background?

  • This album is amazing, really. Nas is fn brilliant as always, and D. is the man. Epic indeed! This is beauty, Thank you Family. <3less

  • This is for "People" who truly care. Do NOT support this "Industry Dictated" revised version of this "Album". Shame on you Damian for letting the "Musick Industry" make the final decisions. Many release dates and NUTHIN'. Final release. The biggest "MEDIA PUPPET" right now on this "Project"? LIL WAYNE? Proof is in the pudding. This is NOT, Hip Hop, Reggae, or TRUE ARTISTRY "Music". PEACE!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST what about the song "count your blessings" whick talks about thanking God for all the blessings you recieve?

  • @SW4TR3PP1N The fact that "lil wayne" is on this album PROVES this is NOT a REAL "Hip Hop" or Reggae project. To say that it is. You are stuck in FANTASY LAND. PEACE!!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST Your right but I still bought the album today and I enjoy the over all message in the album.

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST One track makes it not a "real" hip hop or reggae project? Maybe you should listen to the whole album.

  • @mychalous Yup! "One Track". Based on this FACT alone. I don't need to listen to the "Revised" version of this "Album". Sadly, we will neva hear the "Original Version". Peace!!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST

Get off the whole old time hip hop bullshit. I like the legends/true mc's, but fact is that in this day and time lil wayne can out rhyme. your favorite rapper. They can probably out rhyme him also but it's not a given.

  • @godofthisshit Please REALLY READ what I wrote again. Because you really MISSED the point. Peace!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST

    What's your point then?

  • @godofthisshit My point is, this is NOT the FINAL work of the artists. The LABELS OWN this project point blank. A TRUE Damian Marley album would NOT contain such "Media Puppets" such as "lil wayne". That is CLEARLY "Musick Industry Infiltration". This album has been revised ENDLESSLY. That is why there were so many release dates and NUTHIN'. What you NOW HAVE is, A WATERED DOWN VERSION OF THIS ALBUM. Peace!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST

So how did Wayne water down the album? Did you actually go by his verse or are you just so anti wayne?

  • @godofthisshit I call troll.

  • @johanthepirate

    Yea, it probably is.

  • If you say you are true fans, dont just mindlessly steal the music, SUPPORT THE ARTISTS AND THE CAUSE, and go out and actually BUY this album!!

  • @PremiumGaming juz brought it!!! abzolutely!!!!! up-lifting!!!!!! Much Ofa's Nas & Jr Gong

  • @PremiumGaming this is the first album in a long time im planning to buy

  • @mj4lyfe2009 word

  • @PremiumGaming buy the album to feed the musical industry? if youre a true fan you should realise that real artists dont create music to enrich themselfs but to be recognized and culturally educate the population.

  • @Nessuto Some just want the money, and some like to culturally educate the population and listeners as you said. Im not saying these artists are money hungry pigs at all, im just saying that its hard to actually get this 'message' to educate the population OUT THERE without funding. And how do they get this money? From poeple BUYING their albums, not stealing them.

  • these r the dudes right here. preaching on a concious level. cant wait

  • I can't wait to buy this album! Nas, by far the best Hip Hop and R&B artist currently living, and Damian Marley just adds perfection to movement and album.

    Distant Relatives = Realism!

  • @TOPMAN2k7 plus K'NaaN man

  • 1:06 what song is that!?!!!

  • @ucantinjaaninja i've been looking for the same track but can't find it. I'm betting its just them fucking around in the studio, not a real song, idk?

  • @ucantinjaaninja yea i've been looking around, that beat sounds very similar to "As We Enter" track, lyrics are different, none of which are like the ones on this trailer.

  • Damn, this mustve been therapeutic to make, at 1:30-1:33 mark you can see tears in Nas' eyes when he is sitting. Cant wait, I hope he finally gets the international recognition he deserves, accolades and all because this is easly the best Hip-Hop musical project to ever be released, given the history and the current state of mankind on a global scale.

  • EVERYONE WILL STAND BEFORE GOD. And WHAT IS HIDDEN WILL BE REVEALED. THEREFORE ITS ALL GOOD BECAUSE, GOD IS IN CONTROL! PEACE!!

  • Tupac was actually confronted by Quincy Jones, and asked Pac to have sex with him. NOT "Luther Vandros". That was a MISQUOTE on my part. PEACE!!

  • This is for "People" who truly care in life. Do NOT support This "Musick Industry" DICTATED "Album". So many REVISIONS and NOW. One of the "Biggest Media Puppets" on the FINAL REVISION RELEASE! LIL WAYNE?? Proof is in the pudding. This is NOT, REAL ARTIST HIP HOP or REGGAE CREATED!! Please do the research for yourselves. Peace!!

  • Comment removed

  • @Darrydee Tupac was starting to "Hate" what he was becoming. So, he "Rebelled" against the "Illuminati Order". This is VERY REAL. Take the time as I have and still do to look at the FACTS and also, have seen things I will not speak of at this time. PEACE!!

  • @Darrydee In an interview Tupac talked about Luther Vandros asking him to fuck him in the ass. This was a direct hit towards the "Musick Industry". Because, under one of the MANY "Illuminati Cult" oaths. You CANNOT speak of these types of "Rituals" publicly. You can look into this yourself. You don't have to take my "Word" on this.

  • @Darrydee PLEASE DO NOT SPEAK ON SUBJECTS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT. FOR THIS IS IGNORANT. Now LISTEN! Yes Tupac did. This is the "Image" the "Musick Industry" created for him. But, in the last days of his life, he EXPOSED the "Musick Industry" in MANY of his last interviews and payed with "His Life" for doing so (just like Robert "Bob" infiltrated in the same way, hear my RATIONALIZATION).

  • waoooo.. this album is definately gonna go down as one the the greatest albums ever.

  • I want to thank all those on "Youtube" who are NOT supporting this "Musick Industry Dictated" nonsense. Keep up the good work and you will definitely be rewarded. PEACE!!

  • Choir kids???? is this a remake of Michael Jackson's "Heal the World"?? Two massive artists get together, they should have done better than this..

  • @robin14c dude, how is it a remake of heal the world?...it's just a beautiful concept. You sound so snobby. You haven't heard the album yet or any of the songs so be quiet. The song is for a good purpose....sheesh!

  • I'll just ignore the fact that Lil Wayne is on it....

  • @DTY16 i know right, i was totally disappointed when i saw lil'wayne on the track listing.

  • @DTY16 That is the PROBLEM with this "World". They "Ignore" everything they should be PAYING ATTENTION TOO! And look around you. This is the result of that attitude. CHAOS and DISORDER.

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST What I meant was that although I do not care much for Wayne's music, I'll still enjoy the album. Unlike some others I'm not ignoring all the dudes who make rap great

  • @DTY16 I see. I just cannot support ANYTHING that the "Music Industry" infiltrates. And this "Project" is TAINTED with their "Agendas". Peace!!

  • love his RASTAS!

  • EVERYBODY listen up!!

Don't support this "Industry Dictated" BULLSHITT!!! Shame on you Damian! Letting the "Industry" make the final decisions on this album. My proof! "LIL WAYNE" on the album?? What tha FUK?? That is why this album had so may release dates and never came out. Because the "Industry" wanted to do "Their Thing" wit it. A SATANIC REVISION!!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST thats fucked if wayne is on it.

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST yea if waynes on it imma be pissed

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST RELAXXXXXXXXX wayne is ONLY ON ONE TRACK!!!!! Get over it!! It's only to reach more fans and promotion so that their project can spread. If you don't like wayne THAT much then skip the track.........point blank. I can't wait till the album drops!! =)

  • @comeoneover01 Your right! Reach "Lil Wayne" fans so they can keep being "Brainwashed" by the "Musick Industry". The fact that "Wayne" is on this album proves, there is no difference between this "Album" and all the other nonsense the "Industry" is pushing. This "Album" is "Their Revision"! Therefore, "logic/Truth" speaks for itself. They are one in the same.

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST Whats so bad about their music (nas and damian) that people are bring "brain washed." Brain washed into WHAT? i really don't understand the point your trying to make. Please elaborate on this "brain washing" you keep talking about..

  • @comeoneover01 Damian And Nas, "Their Music"? Either you have NOT read anything I have written or, you don't understand what I have written already? I will do a further elaboration in hope.

  • @comeoneover01 The "Musick Industry" which is a "Media Outlet" uses "People" LIKE "Lil Wayne" as a "Puppet" to portray a certain "Image". Influencing the minds of the "Masses" to accept his "Lifestyle" as away of life thus, misleading souls into a negative way of: Thinking, perceiving, and living (negative media mind control which was first used by Hitler).

  • @comeoneover01 ). I have experienced this type of "Behaviorism" on a day to day basis from todays youths and "Adults" alike, and disapprove of this "Ignorance". This is NOT the purpose of "Hip Hop/Reggae Music" (to promote ignorance but to EDUCATE).

  • @comeoneover01 The "U.S. Government" time and time again has "Infiltrated" EVERY attempt for US PEOPLE to: Have a voice, educate ourselves, and live a life of TRUE FREEDOM. Why are all the "True Representatives" of the "Culture/Music Creators" calling themselves "Underground Hip Hop"? This is EXACTLY what I mean! And this is just scratching the surface.

  • @comeoneover01 Why were there so many "Revisions" that lead to many unreleased dates? Because the album was full of the "Artists" IDEAS. The agenda the media is pushing for the "Government" at this time is "CHANGE". My question, what type/kind of "Change"?

  • @comeoneover01 The videos for this album you are watching are full of "Media Infiltration". Damian, "The Globe Right Now Is Ready For Change, And This Is The Soundtrack For ALL Of That". Also, "My Generation Will Make A Change"? Catchy Tune! Cant you see what is going on? This is just another " U.S. Government Politrick USA For Africa" BULLSHIT ATTEMPT to make you think, they give a shit and, they are using the very Artists you and I have come to respect!

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST dude, i hate people like you that over think everything and think shits a conspiracy with no valid proof. nas and damian marley are underground artist to me, and if the gov't was really trying to make a point, don't you think they would use someone like beyonce or lady gaga or something? i trully believe this is coming from their hearts and i can tell from the content in their previous songs that they care about africa...so quit your bitchin.

  • @jalitamoore You mean, WERE "Underground Artists". Why WERE they "Underground"? Why can't they just be "Artists"?

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST yeah but i think you got the point now. any way...and they are still underground to me because you don't really here them on the radio. you prolly won't really here about this on tv. there is nothing wrong with being underground. it just means you're not mainstream.

  • @jalitamoore OK. Why does ANY "Artist" have to go "Underground"? That is my POINT to you! Why can't they just be an "ARTIST"? Why HAVE to call yourself, "UNDERGROUND"? HMMMM!!!!??

  • @TRUTHWILLMANIFEST you know what, im tired of your bullshit.

  • @jalitamoore I know your tired of truth. That is why "You HATE Me". And "Hate" only leads to this type of "Mentallity". Peace!!

  • @jalitamoore NO! The "Government" CREATED the concept of "Conspiracy". To TRY and back all the corruption they are responsible for! Proof is in tha pudding. Look at all the shit the " U.S. Government" does and DENY'S it to yours, and "AMERICA'S" face!

  • @jalitamoore The PROBLEM, MOST "American's" are too busy playing with there CELL PHONES and sitting around with their head's up their ass, contributing to NUTHIN' POSITIVE! The "American Media's" responsibility is to CENSOR ANY "REALISM"! The "Government" CONTROLS ALL THIS SHIT! The ones that are TRULY DOWN for making a REAL CHANGE for something GOOD, are ALL DEAD (Malcolm X, Bob Marley, JFK, Tupac, etc.)!!!!

  • @jalitamoore The "United States" was BUILT on "Corruption". They violently slauhtered a "Nation Of People", then they STOLE "African's" to build this HELL they call, "AMERIKKKA"!! Now that is some "CONSPIRACY" for your AZZ!! WAKE THA FUK UP!! The "United Snakes" have HELL to pay. Ya REAP WAT YA SOW. PEACE!!
