The new iPod touch/iPhone/iPad software already have Bluetooth that can connect to almost any keyboard with what I think iOS 4.0 and later. So you don't need this crap, just turn on Bluetooth and connect to your keyboard. I have an iPod Touch 4th gen (its NOT jailbroken) and an apple wireless and they work perfectly fine together.

I have a Bluetooth keyboard that doesn't use jail breaking, and it works in pretty much everything. It's not made by Apple, but it's still really slim and nice. Where did you get your iPod stand?

All of you saying you can do this w/o jailbreaking by going into your Settings>General>Bluetooth are using which iPod touch or iPhone? I am trying this on an iPod touch 1G (which people say it works with, although BTstack says it was only tested on iPod touch 2G and above). I jailbroke, went to Cydia, found the demo but it won't discover it. It is a Think Outside Stowaway so should work right? I deactivated Bluetooth on all nearby computers. Do I need to do something in Settings>BTstack??

you can save 5 dollars if you just pair your keyboard by using bluetooth. (iphone settings-general-bluetooth) no jailbreak or what so ever.

how do i know if my keyboard is a bluetooth keyboard? it has a red dot on the bottom that says connect and so does the connector that hooks up to the pc, the keyboard is a logitech
