  • Mash up de PUM PUM!!!

  • well he been running sub 10 from he in high school , he just didnt do it at championship, its hard to be on these guys level cause running in ja is far different. just youtube Jamaica boys and girls champs

  • how old is yohan blake

  • @MrSmokeythedragon He is now about 21

  • @venomously niggaz running 9.78 at age 21!!!!!!!!!!!! fuck i got some training to do

  • Someone mentioned Asafa and the times he used to run. That might be true, Asafa and Saf weren't child stars, they weren't getting the proper coaching, but Bolt and VCb weren't either but were world beaters. They have been champions at wy and wj.But Asafa and Saf developed that rocket start , which works, since they joined Steven's camp. That's why i rate Steven Francis, he took ordinary performing athletes with potential and turned them into world beaters, K,Spencer &Melaine won anything at wj/wj

  • @Ras09true best coach in the world steven francis

  • Life is funny, Doing well at a young age doesn't guarantee you will in the future.Harry aintee beat Blake at Wj, but look at Blake now, Dexter Lee also beat Blake 08, Blake came 4th.Lee is 19 now, has won back to back wj golds but still hasn't run 10.11 that Blake ran as a 17 yo. Marc Burns of Tri had the jr record 10.01 and wjc record10.05 set in 02,03 i think, you expected big things from him, but to date has has a paltry pb of 9.96 , and i think that was the only time he ran under 10s.

  • @Ras09true blake shouldnt have lost to those guys hence the fact that he ran 10.11 at 17 and they didnt. he'd lose to nerves/psychological issues, which have obviously now been addressed.

You can tell just by looking at blakes physique that he's more developed than most people he's age. I've heard that even at home he's constantly doing ab work or stretching. thats what i call commitment.

  • If it was a PED or masking agent they would have been banned instantly by Iaaf once their b sample was positive, much like Lashann Merritt..So don't go talking bull. It's the Ja federation who are asses, they caused this on them due to their stupidity. They should all be fired, the whole country was mad at them. All they should have gotten was a public warning..Saf now took oxycondane a pain killer, not a PED or masking agent, but forgot to declare it, i hope the fed don't make fools of themselves

  • @Ras09true exactly the IAAF said they had no reason/couldn't ban any of them but the ja athletic federation did just to impress the euro/yank spectators.

  • Some people don't know shit, but come on here to post. Blake and the others tested positive at the Jamaican trials, so how come Jamaica don't have a testing program. Secondly the substance was declared, it's not a PED, it's similar in composition to a drug, so they put it on the list to be on the safe side, so that it wasn't used to mask other drugs. They didn't realized it was recently placed on the list, they didn't deny it, like Gaitlen who said he didn't know how drugs got in his system.

  • damn dat kid is good

  • yo u mec mi win a money off a dah race yah big up u self

  • Comment removed

  • what happened is that a supplement they were taking had the SIMILIAR substance, and the supplement was declared, hence no big bans

  • the sup wasnt even an anobolic steroid.

  • Yohan Blake you muppet, why the hell are you taking drugs and getting yourself a 2 year ban? loser

  • he was only banned for a couple of months, plus the drug wasnt even a band substance but it was similar to a band drug, the IAAf couldnt ban Yohan because of this but the JA athletics association did anyway.

  • @lennard How do you feel now after that comment? You jumped the gun. Think before you write. Now you llok like the muppet.

  • @lennard How do you feel now? Think and research before you comment. Now you look like the puppet.

  • If i where a sprinter the nation id want to compete for would be Jamaica. The reason why? because no out or in competition drug testing

  • wrong , did they then find the substance similar to a banned substance if their is no testing lol. plus the IAAF test athletes before and after all majors and if you take note thats where the Jamaicans perform the best and the Americans flop. i wonder why,.

  • WADA tests the Jamaicans dont

  • the test are done in Jamaican so i dont see the defference. they dont get off with anything illegal like i think you are implying with your prior comment.

  • @Judean777 ..great post. absolutely correct on all counts. I'm waiting for Jeter to get caught....thatll be another american to add the the growing tally.

  • harry aikines areetey beat this biatch in the world junior 100m to claim the title back in 2006! he is now currently runnin 10.1's and blakes runnin 9.9's. hhhmmmmm????

  • good fi him rass...natural talent beats everything..i really was liking the way he was running..and then he was tested positive it's over for him..at the moment..

  • i thought that yohan blake was amazing and that when usain and tyson retire he would be the usain bolt of today. i cant believe he was oen of the ones tested positive and in the avia grand prix in london he said im sure its not me i dont need to do all that

  • his legs move so fast u cant see them

  • Comment removed

  • Next time take the more expansive drug package

  • Bad news guys. Yohan Blake was one of the five Jamaicans who tested positive for doping recently. I hope his charges are dropped.

  • i dont i hope he gets a two year ban like everyone else

  • Good news! It was just announced that all five convicted athletes, including Yohan, were cleared! I hope Yohan gets back to competition quick!

  • Well if ur happy that 5 athletes who took performance enhancing drugs are allowed to compete then shame on you

  • The thing is, they didn't. Calm down.

  • is this true ???

  • dont get your hopes up just yet

  • well i am coming for the U.S i run a 10.8 i got time to bring that down by next year

  • If these guys were born in the States, these guys would never be running track! I bet powell would now be playing in the NFL, Bolt would probely be balling on someones basketball court and Blake would be finishing up NCAA spring football practice!!!! The best talent in the US isn't interested in track anymore!

  • They will be the next genetration Vs usain and powell . tyson 2012 london

  • i hear blake is the new sensation. is this true

  • @lennard yes he is

  • even the fastest youngsters in the world are jamaican - dexter lee, yohan blake, ashmeade, ramone mckenzie for the 2012 london

  • it was strange if that doesn't happen...

  • I was there, OFF the chain man Jago to di world .

  • The next Usain Bolt

  • pickering will overcome the shadows and whites will bounce back

  • I don't think Yohan Blake, in all due respect, will improve much more.

You should watch out for Dexter Lee, however. He's got the tools to make it big.

  • In high school his pb was like 10.11 Recently he ran 9.96 and 9.93 those are big improvement

  • what u trying to say? this youth could have made the olympics team last year if it was not for injuries.

  • he clocked a 10.08 to open the 2009 season

  • His Stride Pattern Is Sik

    Jamaicans Are Doin It Nowadays

  • powell's best at 18 was 10.85, so if you are running faster times than him at the same age it doesnt necessarily mean you're special. though Blake is talented

  • Asafa ran 10.5 at age 15

  • no he didnt fukn stupid dumbass...

  • yes he did..

  • wikipedia asafa powell..and it will show back in 2001 one....he only ran a 11.5......come on now.....try harder next time kid..

  • wiki isnt legit.. kid

  • what are you talking about...that data has been up there for like 2 years.....

  • matter of fact...you tell me ..were did you find this out...

  • black faggot ....explain this....if asafa represented his school Charlemont High at the ISSA High School Championships in the 100m with a time of 11.45....back in the the year 2000.......how does your claim go into fact....dumb faggot..

  • I'm not black haha :D and i'm certainly not a faggot mister.

  • well shut the fuck up then.because obviously you were just trying to spread shit around.......dumb ass little boy

  • @learntoplayy ..you got owned big time by jhim767....why dont you shut up while you still look like a fool- not a moron?

  • no more doping jamaicans are going to win allday

  • will c fag, jamaicans never use dope before so puck u

  • I said if there is no more doping in track jamaicans are going to win all day, that is not a negative comment against jamaicans.

  • REMALDO rose 2 D WORLD...and nuff luv to yoahn blake...UNNU LARGE...

  • i was there, stadium was out of this world

  • meaning?

  • too bad he cant do this on the big occasions

  • thats the upcoming superstar in jamaican track and field. he's running faster than what powell was running at that age. amazing.

  • 2007-high school championships-10.21 new meet record, later went on to run 10.11 without competition a month later

  • no it was not. not hating i respect yohan. his time was like 10.11 0r 10.24/27 one of those.
