The late Lt Col Shivers was my neighbor till he sadly passed of Alzheimers in 2007. I only wish I could have picked his brain and benefited from all that history. Rest in peace Clarence.
Clarence Shivers was a great airman, artist and overall wonderful person. Watching this video allows one to sense his warmth and sincerity. I feel fortunate to have known him and his lovely wife, Peggy. Thanks Clarence for a lifetime of dedicated and exemplary service to our nation.
