This should be the next war series. Intead of bringing back the Enterprise cast for a movie they should feature the NX-02 cloumbia carrying out missions in the Romulan Earth War. Archer could be an Admiral as hinted in the last episode. Either one would be great watch a movie or series with NX-02

Which I find odd, as it has the original crew, all of whom are the same rank as they started the series. Since when does a ship go through a war without a single transfer, promotion or death? Especially one as prominent as Enterprise? I believe that the EU books are accurate as to what actually happened, read The Good That Men Do

@Charlie25188 I wonder, if there is an attack by the Romulans before the Federation is formed? I had premonitions of a Romulan Invasion on Earth in the 21st or 22nd Century. Since this is 2011, I thought it would be cool, if the Romulans paid a visit to Earth to attack and show 'we are not alone' and the 'need' to build a fleet of starships! Just a wild thought to make a movie to justify the excuse to build "Starfleet" :-)

Hasn't Paramount considered reintroducing ST:Enterprise as an animated series. Less expensive. All the actors would probably be available for the voice overs. The series can start at the beginning of the Romulan War. The series can continue to introduce other races only mentioned in the live-series like the Kzinti, the Caitans, the Alpha Centaurans, etc.

The probe that attacked earth was not Romulan, and Romuans had nothing to do with it. The probe was made by Xindi, the idea came from the Guardians, who wanted to take over the galaxy with Expanse/Spheres, and by altering the course of history (basically turning humans and Xindi onto each other). It had nothing to do with Romulans.

Anyone read the book 'The Romulan War: Beneath the Raptors Wing' by Michael A Martin? Been looking forward to reading about the Romulan War since as long as I've been in to Star Trek.

Got to say I was very disappointed. The story is way too clinical and generic, he rushes through important plot points. Sincerely hope the next book in the series is better.

Requiem For a Dream is actually the movie from which the piece comes from. The name of the piece in the first part is actually 'Lux Aeterna' and the composer is Clint Mansell. If you want to hear the full piece without anything attached to it just type in the name above and you wil see plenty of options (as well the full piece runs six minutes plus). Is it overused? Well, depends. Me? I can't get enough of it but I can see other people's arguments. It is very "dramatic" music.

The producers of ST, had bean doing these shows for a long time. They where simply runing out of money, writers and fans to watch it. ST ratings started droping when DS9 came out, because it was nl longer showed the "Perfect world" that Gene tried to show.

This is actually what I really wanted to see on Star Trek Enterprise for Season 5 to 7 (if it didn't get cancel) a lot more than going to see J.J. Abrams' new Star Trek movie.
