@Bucketheadupload If you follow the link that is posted in this video's description to the item page for this case and holster and take a look at those photos posted, on the back of the case towards the bottom you will see two wavy pieces and those act as grips on the inside of the holster when the phone is placed into the holster with the screen facing the inside.

Is there a vid take demonstartion which shows how to remove the otter box? Guy at the store put it on. I can't get it off without fear of breaking something.I have been instructed to pull the battery out once a month and put back in to reboot the system and supposedly keep everything working properly? Anyone have any advice in support or contrary to?
okay i just got the defender, just one problem, people say they can BARELY hear me when i have the clear keyboard membrane on, did i install it wrong or has anyone else had problems such as this?
i recently bought a tour off ebay that came with this otterbox case, i absolutely love it, you never have to touch the phone, so it is in perfect protection. the fit and finish of the entire case is amazing
I came upon this great video when looking for a rugged case for my new Tour. Anyway, I checked out your channel and these are great videos. I am looking to do the same thing for my company. I sell medical equipment and have been wanting to do these type of videos for my company. I don't know if you work for eaccess or if you do this as freelance work. Anyway, please get in touch with me via my You Tube account if you are interested in working for me. I am also in the Chicago area.
if u flip the holster upside down wouldnt it fall out? Hows it held in?
Bucketheadupload 4 months ago
@Bucketheadupload As long as the screen is facing the holster (your hip when its clipped on) it will not fall out.

@eAccessSolutions
I meant like if it spins 360 upside by accident in the clip. Like hows it held in place?

Why would you say I do not?? If my battery runs out and I need to pop in my second battery, I need to gain access.
boultoncreek 1 year ago
Would have been nice to see you take it apart - it is tough to do if you need to pull the battery.
boultoncreek 1 year ago
@boultoncreek You don't need to pull the battery
eAccessSolutions 1 year ago
@eAccessSolutions
Yes you do need to pull the battery. If the battery is low (e.g. using GPS and maps for extended period of time).
boultoncreek 1 year ago
@eAccessSolutions If you ware using GPS and maps and need to replace a dead battery with a spare? You need to get the case off.
