They really are 30x2 (each frame is doubled in-camera to get fake 60fps). It is smooth on playback but you lack the definition of true 60fps progressive.

Cool, My camera does not recognize .MTS files on avchd format. So how can I upload a video to youtube? And what format did you use?

What camera do you own? Youtube accepts a variety of video formats so I don't think you will have any problems uploading your videos.

I upload mine raw in MTS and also edited in MP4.

I own a Panasonic DCM-TZ7 but I downloaded a Programme called Free HD cnverter and it works fine now. Thanks for the reply anyway :)
