How far into retardation do you have to be to think there could be any way to build a 5000sqft home for a couple, or one small family and call it 'green". Why would anybody build a "green" house, then pay some LEED tool to put a stamp on it? It's just as green w/out the useless logo attatched. USGBC is run by banks that love seeing people spend 100 bucks to save a dime and will continue to promote stupid spending to keep people farther in debt.
