oh nice! so lets get this straight, you cant use the GPS anywhere else other than the car? Is the archos GPS reciever device (when bought separately) built into the car dock?
When you buy the new product as the archos GPS (not separately) is the GPS built into the deivce or still in the add on for the car?

The Archos 605 GPS is basically a bundle of the Archos 605 WiFi and the GPS In-Car Holder. The GPS is only in the car, the Sirf 3 receiver is in the In-Car Holder.
