I think Susan Flannery is a great actress. But her character isn't a great person. the fact that she thinks that forgiveness is something despicable is really horrendous on her part. Everyone has moved on and I think she should have as well. And let's not forget that even though Brooke has done damage, she's also been hurt by Stephanie. Both physically and emotionally. I'd much rather my mother sleep with my husband (who didn't really love me) and have a baby, than have me raped. Smh...

@Brownlyne Stephanie didn't mean for Brooke to get raped. But her hatred and obsession with getting her out of the family, facilitated that rape. Both scenarios are bad, but I'd take the lesser of two evils.

@Bliss44 The shameful part, Bliss, is that Brooke is ALWAYS given a pass, while Stephanie reaps the whirlwind for protecting her family! Brooke bats her eyes, sheds a few tears, and usually she gets what she wants. Stephanie is a more decent person, but she is ALWAYS being held accountable for things! I am for Team Stephanie all the way! :)

@babycakes31able Indeed, babkycakes. Stephanie gives new meaning of being a devoted mother. She made failures, people do, we're not perfect. But it seems that Brooke always gets by with all she has done, but yet, whenever Stephanie is caught, she is raked over the coals. Brooke deserves some of the same dressing down that Stephanie seems to get, but she never does. How people can find Brooke a hero is way beyond me!

@gg454lune Granted they have, nobody denies that. But it seems it is Brooke who is always allowed a pass, and nobody else.  Even when Steffy went against her, it was always BROOKE who never was called to the carpet for things. Brooke could sleep her way through a family, and all she had to do was bat her eyes and she would be forgiven. Yet when Steffy, Taylor, Stephanie, Pam or others, for example, would do something, they would always be busted, no matter what.

Susan Flannery/Stephanie was amazing in this scene, even if she was pushing a cart of bullcrap....I think that deep down, Stephanie is jealous of Brooke.....all she has to do is bat an eyelash and all the Forrester men come running....and Stephanie has no room to talk, being that she basically "stole" Eric from his college sweetheart, Brooke's mother, years earlier
