its a gilmer belt drive, you can clearly see the toothed pulley on the water pump. no blower, no turbo, no gears.
nice engine and car mate, looks like a good build! well done

For everyones information the engine is not supercharged or turbo charged No straight cut gears, Just a belt drive system
