Tengo una bicicleta trek 3500 que debe tener 2 meses y surgio un chillido en el freno delantero ( de disco ) pero es un chillido muy agudo, como los chillidos de un ratón. Necesito ayuda porfabor :(
@DonNaranja Lo que solemos hacer es tratar de ajustar la pinza y limpiar el disco con el alcohol. Eso no funciona, puede intentar cambiar las pastillas de freno. Orgánica, evidentemente, tiene que tener menos si usted puede conseguir. Usando el traductor de google por lo que probablemente apagó!
@MohdAlif97 I ended up getting a new quality hydraulic brake set up for the front just to get rid of the noise. I found a good deal on a Hayes Prime brake kit, and I also got their 7"/180mm rotor. This far I'm very happy with it, no noise at all! :)
just bought a 29er myself (trek marlin) and the brake sound is horrible. interesting video. i too have heard about the isopropyl alcohol to clean the pads
Good vid man, nice bike. I just bought a Trek 29er with disc, so far it doesnt squeal like that but ive been searchin around and using alcohol on the rotors they say cleans it real nice. What brand brakes you have? And I really want one of those bike computers, the wireless one.
@checksandbalences The noise came back, just as loud as before. Damnit! :( I can't really recall the brand of the brakes at the moment. Bike computers are very inexpensive. I spotted a wireless one on dealextreme for only a few dollars.
@The64BitGeek Oh there are more kinds of bikes than that! ;) This type of bike is actually called hybrid bikes. There are also variations of bikes in the hybrid segment. Mine's a bit more cross-country-ish. :)

There is a regular bike, mountainbike and then the one you got, citybike. :)
