It wouldn't be so bad if it was a ride where the lines move fast (but they don't) so all the Waiting makes it "not worth it"........If it was like a 25 minute wait or so it would be worth it...Best thing to do if you want to ride this is go to it the very first thing when the park opens...

this is a good ride why did they have to change it to night hawk it was better when it was called borg assimilater but they just had to change it to night hawk but it is ok the way they changed it but i am sure some people liked it better when it was borg,and some people like night hawk better tho but it was better when it was borg assimilater do you but at least it is still the same way the way the track is made right@ carowinds!!!!!!!!!

The only thing I hate about this ride is there isn't a thing to hang on to! Seriously! People say Firehawk at Kings Island is scarier, to me the huge difference between the two is the simple fact that one you have little like bicycle bars to hang on to the other you don't!

I went on this yesterday! I wouldn't suggest it if you are scared of heights. Once you get to the top and turn to your stomach, all you see is the water! I am all for coasters, and rarely do they scare me, but this one scared the living CRAP out of me! The back is not the back, its the front! We were in the back, and omg it was scary for me! I enjoyed it, but I will probably never get back on.

carowinds is in charlotte, NC. literally on the border of north and south carolina. they have the border lined at one of the entrances so you can be in north and south carolina at the same time. i believe thunder road rides between both states as well. also, this isn't the only star trek themed ride in the world genius. there is one at disney world

Hmm Can anyone help me with a problem I have with rollercoasters? I get motion sickness when i ride them but...I want to ride them so bad without getting sick..I have tried all the medications for Motion sickness but they dont work. All they do is make you really tired. Anybody have any ideas so when my family goes t ocarowinds this summer I can ride something without lying down sick in the parking lot green as a cucumber plz or sitting there watching everyone else have fun.

I rode this about 4 years ago. I got off and was sooooo dizzy. My head was spinning. I had to hold on stuff to keep from falling down. Then I puked for about the next 6 hrs at every 30 minutes. I thought I was going to die. I must be getting too old for this kinda thing....Having said that,it was an awsome ride!
