This man ruined people's lives. I just read on the news today where a 90 year old man was forced back to work after loosing his life savings. Madoff should be hanged and his body put on public display to discourage others from following his lead. I'm not joking around, he should be hanged.

Some of this man's victims are homeless already while he continues to enjoy a fabulous NYC condo. He has violated the conditions of his bail 2 times, why is this guy still free? Innocent till proven guilty sure, but he shouldn't be allowed to spend a cent, everything he owns ought to be seized and he should be locked up pending his trail.

Haha, so true. Anybody dumb enough to buy into such a scam probably has enough money to waste anyway that they don't really think twice about it. I can just imagine them saying "OMG I just lost 50 million dollars, oh well, might as well make do with the 200 million I have left, oh woe is me..."
The fact is that far worse scams happen on a daily basis on Wall Street, and a good deal of them affect everyday people in way you can't even imagine.
