you guys' website has been down for like months. all i can order from is the ebay store and it's got a fairly limited product line up... when will the website be back up?
@broken4love Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, this set of light is made to shine through tinted windows. Please note that the final result will vary based on how dark your tint is. In addition, blue, green, red, and white tends to penetrate the tint better than amber due to the nature of its color. Hope this helps!
@jellis9332 Most of our customers have steel brackets by the headliner where the brackets on these lights would mount directly on there. If you do not have brackets on your headliner, then you might need to either drill holes or can give Velcro tape a try. Hope this helps.
@advncedwarninglights Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, these lights are not CE nor SAE certified. Reason being that they were not produced solely for automobile use. Hope this helps!
@onlineledstore If these lights do not carry any types of certifications, you should not be selling them as "Emergency Strobe Lights." Warning lights are needed by emergency personnel who are responding to pertinent emergencies. By selling these lights to first responders, you are placing your customers in danger every time they respond.
@advncedwarninglights Thank you for your response. We really appreciate your concern of emergency personnel. Being CE/SAE certified is not required for lights to be sold as emergency strobe lights. Many well known strobe light manufacturer carries lights/colors that are not CE/SAE certified. In addition, our products do increase visibility of the vehicle it is mounted to. They are simply an affordable alternative to some of the name branded lights. Thanks again!
@XtremeGamingSF Thank you for your inquiry. Based on information found on the web, it seems like amber and white lights can be used on the streets of Florida if the vehicle is in operation of a potentially hazardous site or if your job profession requires you to do so. Seems like blue/red lights are the ones that are off limits to only police/firefighters. We would suggest you to check with your local law enforcement for further confirmation. Hope this helps!
@onlineledstore Yes the only way I would be able to use them in civilian vehicle would be is if it is parked, or as long as it is an emergency such as a woman in labor. I found this out at the Port Saint Lucie Police Department. Thank you, and I may be making a purchase very soon. But before I do, I would like to know if I could get the lights not only on the dash, but like the car in the video is in the start of the video on my 2012 Toyota Scion Tc Release Series? Thanks for your time.
@XtremeGamingSF Glad you were able to clarify the legality of the lights with your local police station! Yes, you will be able to mount additional lights to your 2012 Scion. We would suggest mounting the 54x LED set along the front and/or back headliner of your vehicle, then maybe add a set of grille lights, either the 18x LED or 16x High Wattage LED set with some lights in the thinner upper grille and some in the lower grille. Please check out our website for more info. Hope this helps!
@nodmessenger Thank you for your inquiry. Each state has different regulations on the color of lights allowed to be mounted on to vehicles. White and amber lights are legal in most states. Blue/Green/Red would require certain credential in most states. Hope this helps!
@FiremanSFD11 Yes, this product is available in amber, blue, red, and white light bars. You can compose the set with any color combinations to your liking. Hope this helps!
@tlflb Thank you for your inquiry. These lights may be mounted onto existing racks, screwed directly into the headliner of the car, and/or secured by using double sided tape for mounting. Hope this helps!
