  • price?

  • looks pretty flimzy

  • Flexible dentures are great! Especially to help increase the need for future extractions

  • @Maribel: yes you can eat in them. (I am a dental technician.)

  • can you eat in them?

  • I have full sets of dentures

  • andy , youre an idiot!!! Millions of people have worn these type dentures for over 50 years, they are just now coming into their own , at what a wonder myracle product they really are.....a product developed way before its time!

  • Flexible dentures should never be placed in the oral cavity. The only partial dentures should be tooth born. They very idea of something that flexes in the mouth is flawed on all levels. Do not request a flexible denture they are unhygienic and will only result in the loss of more teeth. This dentist has no research to back up his claims. This is just the easy option for a dentist untrained in partial cobalt chrome denture design and impression technique. Have one at you peril and at the expens

  • but flexible partial denture cannot be repair if it broke up..it's not like a acrylic denture..

  • i love that they are finally coming out with natural looking teeth and such cause honestly i have tried my BEST to take care of mine all these years but let me tell ya its harder then just brush 3 times a day. WAY harder

  • I don't know exactly what your dental problem is but I use Imako cosmetic teeth. I love them. I have also both colors. Also I have had them both for about 3 years. They are only for the top but they only cost 50 dollars and look very natural.

  • stupid commercial @ beginning is annoying.

  • My flexible partial dentures are l week old. They are very painful and sore. I've been to see my dentist daily for adjustments, but I'm getting discouraged. Any advice...please

  • Hey How are they now . Did you get used to them ?

  • yes, i finally did, it took awhile.

  • @HorrorMoviesOne I don't think it matters if their partials or full dentures, they are miserable to get use to wearing and usually takes a couple of horrible weeks with pain to finally accept them. Was wondering what the flexible partials cost. Anyone know?

  • I still hate them, but I can't afford implants yet. My mouth gets very dry and I still don't pronounce words correctly.

  • I'm getting dentures in the very near future, any advice? Questions to ask the dentist?

    Erin

  • @gucci4us i know what you mean. I took my uncle to get his partial dentures about 3 months ago and he can barely talk with them s he just took them out.

He told the dentist that they hurt b/c the pink part was really hard, not soft and flexible like the video shown above.

  • nice =)

  • Flexible partial dentures can indeed be added to. They need re-waxed and re-invested with stone covering the areas not needing repair. Once boiled out, use a product called val-fuse on the remaining exposed area of the partial. You are now ready to re-inject the flask with new flexible material. The partial will then need to be re-finished and re-polished leaving you with a freshly repaired flexible partial. Same process for adding teeth.

  • huh????

  • faaaaar too much hassle, imo....

new imps, new teeth, new flexi denture gets made- better end product & less time consuming

  • fourth?

  • Third! XD

  • Second D:!
