@MrEsbaga Well, basically, Will became a Dutchman's captain, made Liz a son, and now he visits her every ten years. They did their thing in POTC series. If you have a DVD of POTC 3 skip behind the credits, there is a scene of Will and Liz. Cheers.

Their story is done. Will is the captain of the Flying Dutchman, Elizabeth is the pirate king. They're married. They have a child together. I really feel that they got a beautiful, poetic ending as characters, and there is no need to bring them back solely for the sake of fanservice. It would be a disservice to the characters and their story.
