The head did not move---the cyst did not move, and yet the camera moved (constantly) and missed the money shot. This could have been one of the greats. Oh, in case you're reading this before you watch the video, I must warn you that the first 2 minutes---yes, I said 2 full, dull minutes is useless unless you like to watch slow motion nothingness.

@mossivy  Indeed. The camera was perfectly still while the surgeon put us all to sleep as he just teased the cyst with the blade for two minutes. It's when the cut was fiiiiiinally complete and the cheese began to flow that the camera commenced the endless somersaults.
