@MelinaElizabeth17 I use wet n wild white eyeliner on the waterline and it stayed all through the school day. It also depends on how watery you'r eyes are, if they are really watery try using a waterproof one.

first put on the white eyeliner and then take a small angled brush, pick up some white eyeshadow and put it on top of the eyeliner.

thanks for the tip, but I have to admit, I have very tiny eyes, and white-liner actually closes off my eyes just much as any other color would. Not trying to be the 'negative nancy', but it frustrates me to hear that white-liner opens up smaller eyes. I believe this trick only works for larger eyes. :)

I think the reason is because tiny eyes; you can't see alot of the irises in the eyes,so any liner hides even more of it, thus making them appear tinier. Just my experience with them!

I don't think you should. Tight lining is a method for making your lashes looking thicker, so you should use brown or black on the top waterline.

You know what else makes eyes appear larger as well. Well, you know that little area on the outer corner of your eye, between your upper lid and your bottom lid. Most people fill that area with black eyeliner. So what i think is great is that all you do is take your finger and lightly wipe off the black eyeliner outwards and the liner smudges just a bit to create like a wing. Then clean it up a bit and the wing looks like part of your bottom or upper eyelashes.

So yeah. It makes a difference.

i've found that baby wipes are great to use for taking off my make up! i have kids so they're always around the house and i used them one day and they worked so well and were very nice and not harsh on my skin! plus, they don't cost as much as wipes that are marked for "make up removal". just thought i would share that tip with you!
