Fury on stage was electric. First pop concert I ever went to, Colston Hall in Bristol early 60's.

Seen a lot of shows since but for raw excitement that was fantastic !!!

And this film Play It Cool from that era was directed by Michael Winner. (Death Wish)

Still got the EP soundtrack and the film on video.

And my favourite Billy Fury record - always been the same - Halfway To Paradise.

Top Billing for Billy Fury. Perfect! He deserves it! He looks and sounds gorgeous!! He should have gone onto more movies. Britain's answer to Elvis and so much more. Very underrated artist. Billy wrote some really good songs and had his own charismatic way of performing. Missed dearly. RIP Billy. You were and are the best!
