Also the underground railroad was never really a railroad... and it wasn't underground.. I mean they could've used trains but there was no designated escape railroad for refugees... Sorry I couldn't help but point that out.

I'm a Civil War buff, so I love this episode, but there is a little goof that I feel must be pointed out to help educate some people. :-)

This episode claims Bull Run was fought in 1863. The battle of Bull Run was actually fought in 1861, and the second battle of Bull Run was fought in 1862. And Jackson got his nickname "Stonewall" in 1861 after the first battle of Bull Run.
