You do know that after you beat the elite four, if you go back to them and fight them another time, their pokemon's attack and defense are higher the second time. I found that out in Soul silver. I was struggling with will and i had level 47's.

@malakas871 In Canalave city go to the bottom left corner and go on the boat to iron island, search all around and a guy called riley will give you the egg with Riolu if you help which will evolve into lucario hope this helps!

@panedeu21 You can eventually get ball capsules. I forget where. I think it may be in Sunnyshore City... Anyway, from the point with the ball capsules, go to the market in Sunnyshore. There you can purchase seals. Or you can go to the Solaceon Ruins and catch Unown for the kid in the nearby house. After you get seals, go to any PC, log into YOUR account. not the storage system, click on ball capsules, choose your seals, set your pokemon to them, and hit ok. And now sit back and watch the magic.

@panedeu21 You buy Seals. A person in Solaceon Town gives you the Seal Case, and the other guy living in that same house will give you letter Seals.  For other Seals, you should go to Sunyshore City and buy them. When you go to the PC in the Pokemon Center, press "(Your name)'s PC" and go to Ball Capsules. Stick some of the Seals on the Ball Capsules and set it to any one of your Pokemon.
