Wow that is very interesting... John is my 20 yr old son. He was a very talented player. He can no longer play because of an illness but we are thankful for his playing time in High school.
I was drawn to your video since John Fuhrman was also my father's name. He was also a football player, albeit a much earlier time. He graduated from the U. of Iowa in 1929, played pro ball for 'St. Louis briefly (nearly costing him his amateur status at Iowa,) and continued playing as a referee of the sport for both H. S and colleges in the mid-West until 1955
