  • @payette im not actually haha there not huge meals really there just good portion meals throughout the day.. i look forward to eating idk why but my body just got usto it plus when you drink alot of water your stomach expands... so that does help and after like 3 days your body adjuest and breaks down everything faster... iv gained 12 pounds doing this and now have an 8 pack coming in very nicley im very happy with it haha.......for the shake though after a workout if your cutin dont use milk

  • @payette just because it has extra calories in it you may not want also this is what i thought off tell me if it make sense to someone else so if you mix whey in with milk which is casein powder wouldnt that coat the whey protein and make it take longer to digest thats just my sense so now i only use water but its all on preference sorry for the 2 paragraphs type thing haha

  • @payette i dont know about 4 chicken breast it aldepends on the size but i like to have like 7oz of cooked chicken in each meal that has chicken in it which is like 4 times a day haha

  • @marshallstacksrule i cut up a bunch of russet potatoes peel them all put the oven on 480 convention after you peel them cut them in half or in thirds then cup fri like shapes after that put in a bowl crushed pepper and i toss in a lil onion powder and then just mix them by hand put them on a pan with pam on it so it dosnt stick and check them after like 20 min should be good

  • @singhy2483 yea 11 pounds now but see when its 5/6 oz of chicken that means before i cooked it it was 8/9 oz the moisture in it coks down so its not that little ...same with potatoes

  • @livetolift1122 nicw work now long did those 11 pounds take u in took me 50 days to put on 10 pounds on my bulking diet eatring around 4000 cal a day, do u ever have brown rice or anythin besides potoatoes

  • @singhy2483 like 3 weeks and i dont eat 4000 calories a day lo lit all depends on how many calories you eat and your workout schedule you should isolate each muscle on one set day in a 5 day split so you have 2 days of rest so you dont over train your body theres a bunch of factors and i dont take createin or a post workout drink as of now well while i gained this weight so its not water also

  • @livetolift1122 yeh i use to do that but i changed it two 2 muscles a day over 4 days and 1 abs/cardio day and 2 days rest, y no post workout drink??

  • @singhy2483 thats in clean bulk 2 lol but yea idk i like the 5 day split and i toss in abs with some other days also

  • @livetolift1122 ok nice work i hatin eating oats , i grind them up in a coffe grinder and put it in milk, otherwise it takes me like 20 minutes to eat it lol
