The other day I got pulled into a conversation with an "older" white sales lady (I'm white, too, so she may have thought I'd sympathize), and she said she believed Obama (just Obama) wanted to initiate a Canadian styled "socialized medicine" program in order to deny old [white] people medical care. By the time I was able to get away from her, it was clear to me that she was a a mindless republican sponge passively soaking up Heritage Foundation talking points & FOX propaganda

It is sad that people fall into political ideology without researching these points for themselves. In that situation I would have stated one point; would JESUS want a healthcare system that only upper middle class to the rich could afford & leaves over 40 million of his children uninsured...? You must put the lord & his "word" in their face, shining the light on their hypocrisy. It silences them every time!!!! I am glad you saw that... Thank you for sharing!
