Excelent and a bit stange, game. And a good homage to a megaman engine. Let's see:

Style of weapons, the eight enemies, the fortress. The coup de grace: The final boss, a giant mad face (Wily had in his machines a Skull). And i won't get mad of this. After all, maybe the class of megaman game fromanother perspective. One more thing. The enemies look really powerfull, specially at 00:16 sec.
