its one of the dragons which are only standing right behind the main characters sometimes, to make the group looking bigger.

if you pay attention to the dragon city when you have to help the mole with the cannon (if you have the game ofc :P ) you'll see dragons like that flying around and in the background ...in fact one of those nearly smashes you xD
