how come there are several different versions of aadhan for different sects in the religion islam? Same with different version of the ritual prayer and ritual washing. I'm sure there are still parts of the modern day bible that have remnants of truth to it, however its very difficult to know what parts. Sure if you pray sincerely to god he may allow you to get closer to him without religion but think of religion and specifically Islam as a highway it makes getting to your destination(closeness to god) a lot more easier.

@Draous1 your assuming here that god himself was that burning bush, the burning bush was only used to lure prophet musa(pbuh) (moses) away from everyone and god spoke to him. God was not the burning bush itself but the burning bush was merely a tool god used. I'm sure there are still parts of the modern day bible that have remnants of truth to it, however its very difficult to know what parts. Sure if you pray sincerely to god he may allow you to get closer to him without religion but think of religion and specifically Islam as a highway it makes getting to your destination(closeness to god) a lot more easier.

God was not the burning bush itself but the burning bush was merely a tool god used.
