Link is a wussy elf, no matter what anyone say in his defense, he is just "cute" and small. Voldo would make him a sex toy.

Spawn is cool and badass, but have nothing to do with SCII's theme. He is too dislocated and they gave him a ridiculously dumb weapon.

Heihachi is definitely one of the most badass fighters ever created. Also he easily pass as a SC empty handed fighter with those bracelets for defense. He is the best of all three.

@MrEveryoneisacritic I don't have anything against Link... when he's on his own universe. I've finished 4 Zeldas, and they're all great. But you must undestand that Zelda's universe is childish and intended to be cute. Someone from that universe, in a much more violent game, will look faggy and dislocated, no matter how cool he is on his own enviroment. Even Spawn is a little dislocated with his HQ looks (he doesn't look gay, but medieval Spawn would've been perfect!!).

@Skimzig Link isnt all that great, and having extensively played the xbox and gamecube versions, i have to say that I think that spawn might even be a better choice, they made the Master Sword too short in comparison to the games, and thus almost every character in hte game has a reach advantage on him besides maybe yunsung and talim.

They are varying on the system you have the game on. Link-gamecube, spawn-x-box, and the other guy is on PS2 although you can unlock spawn for the gamecube by beating weapon master with Nightmare undefeated.

While I am a HUGE Star Wars Fan(I saw Episode 3 in Theatres on Opening Day while IU was recovering fron Open Heart Surgery), I gotta say that having 3 characters from the GREATEST SCI-FI SERIES EVER(Kiss my ass, Trekies!) in a time where Lazer Technology doesn't even Exist(aside from Magic) is a bit of a Stretch

Plus, their Lightsabers don't cut through their Weapons, or their Flesh & Armor like how a Lightsaber should do

Maybe it has something to do with Aries trying to get Soul Edge for himself to get revenge on Asteroth for betraying him and Kratos has to destroy the Sword before it falls into his hands, or Aries sent Asteroth to get the Sword for him and Kratos has to stop him

Link's been kicking ass while Kratos wasn't even on the develpoment boards, Spawn was a Goth Kids Fantasy, and Heihachi was busy tossing his kid into a Volcano(only to survive and kick his ass)

Vader and Yoda may be veteran Fighters, but we've only seen Vader fight until they made Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, and showed the world why Yoda is the Man with a Lightsaber

Plus, we never heard of Starkiller until the Force Unleashed

It's a video game. If you're going to complain about consistency of lightsabers in Soul Calibur IV, you should have been complaining as to why EVERY weapon in Soul Calibur; the swords especially, haven't been cutting people to ribbons immediately.
