Overall, the vid is hilarious, but the part at 1:35, where they poke fun about Ephraim's Supports with Eirika and Myhrr (It's written then in Japanese : "Lolicon ? Siscon ?" XD) alone automatically grants this vid a 5/5 from me. ^^

@Renkin Nope just for vid the running gag is that even though Soren's a guy he looks like a girl. During the cutscene when he's reading his spells he looked like a girl. And his in-battle model when your battling against others he looks like a woman. And sometimes his poses induce chest size during battle. See this vid here FE10-Versus Oliver-Soren with a staff . See he's battling with a staff the pose made him look like he had breasts but, his chest size got induced. see
