Henry Pym is destined to always get dragged back into the superhero business, but he's always written as keeping his helpful attitude mixed with the guilt of past failures like Ultron. Think of it more like a leave of absence while he straightens out just what his relationship with The Avengers is going to be. Besides, in the season finale, he helps make up for it in a big way.

@MrBrossett22 Spiderman is still licensed by Sony and won't allow anyone to use him. For example, you never got to see Spiderman in the Super Hero Squad and they only barely finally allowed them to use Spiderman in their online game.

Spiderman is still Marvel, it's just when the first Spiderman movie came out with Tobey McGuire, Sony bought all the rights, which included Movies, TV Shows, and Merchandise. Marvel gets a cut of the money, but Sony gets final say on what Spiderman can be in. The licensing of Spiderman will end, I just don't know when.
