i agree the last one is hard I have tried several times. but it is possible at the end. you first need to do it without the bal. when you catch the move than try with the bal

after you do the first and second steps, make sure you move your legs in big fast circles, if you need more help, i use the youtube email service and ill try to help as much as i can :) have fun
