call you self a chef?? You dont even mention the cheese kind. Fontana?, Guyare?, Havarti?, Edam?. I am Chef Sall Hasnan in USA, son of Dato' Hasnan of Kuala Lumpur. All the chef in my town Kau Tow to me in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota tristate area. I had been cooking culinary for 40 years. I challege you to lobster dish showdown in Malaysia when I arrive in Kuala Lumpur end of January 2010. What do you say.
