I could never ever get gold on this level. I always crashed into the mountains when using the cable on the Walkers.

That's skill doing the tow-cable both directions.

you can actually use the breaks (the speeder's got two - Z for the left brake and R for the right brake) to maneuver better. Use the right brake when towing clockwise, the left when otherwise. When I figured this out, the speeder became my favorite fighter - it became easy to maneuver and its lasers are the most powerful.

Yeah, I think this is the 2nd bonus stage. You have to get at least a silver medal in all normal stages to unlock it, if I remember right.

Well, this gold medal was actually quite easy to get.

Because this level isn't that long and at the end you can shoot the big walking enemies (what was their name again? AT-ST?) to increase your shooting accuracy.

But there are extremely difficult levels like Moff Serdon's Revenge or Battle above Taloran, where you have to play the level for a few hours (2-3 hours) to get a good run. The bad thing always is, when you miss one requierement by one point, like the defeated enemies.

Are you thinking the four-legged or two-legged machines? The two-legged ones are AT-STs, cand the monster four-legged ones are AT-ATs.

Moff Seerdon's Revenge is actually a very easy level. Battle Above Taloraan is practically impossible.
