Man! this reminds me of why i loved Metallica so much. this is back when Kirk Hammett was one of the most exciting and influential guitarists on earth. those incredible, zany, off-the-wall solos, drenched in wah wah, all beautiful and frantic and melodic and terrifying - and James Hetfield crunching away in the back, with his bruising, crushing atonal riffage. two uniquely different players making some of the most original heavy metal ever.
