the video in the beginning was a little harsh. thin is just a style just like fat. some people like fat people and some people like thin people.it shouldnt be about vanity but about health.

I hate how people constantly associate being thin with beauty.... the most important thing is being HEALTHY. Just because someone may be thin, it doesn't automatically make them beautiful. That's a deeper issue that goes way beyond the outside of a person.

And the poster didn't say NOT to exercise. She simply said she lost weight and wasn't exercising at the time. Everyone know exercise is good for the body and mind.

This video is an amazing shout to the people. I love it very much. i am on Hcg I just restarted the first time i was not ready for it. That was about 12 days ago. Ihad to wait until I was ready willing and able to commit and stop my old habbits. It is alot of mental addiction I think as well. I am so very touched my this. You should send it to Kevin Trudeau.
