  • it is a way to train, like he said, to develop certain ability, it doesn't tend to be a way of playing, but something that will improve the performance later on!! And of course you need your legs, and you are always moving, but to be able to move along with the requarments of the sport, you must have a good athletic, balanced and strong, legs fundation. and that is what they are working on.

  • how can u use your legs to power you shot if u do this?

    pros rarely stand around when they hit the ball, they're always loading and unloading with their legs

  • wouldnt that also help with using the legs to explode up and through the shot ?
