@AsianCherrylollipop Hun I can run 2 miles in 16 minutes. I can do 100 crunches in less than 3 minutes. I can do the whole push up routine and the bottom lifts in less than 10 minutes. I can swim those 8 laps of back and forth with everything I say within 20 minutes. Umm. I am busy but I can get my part of the work out done. No one just wakes up with a beautiful body.

@AsianCherrylollipop a great body is not given it is made. You think that work out is tough? Oh wow. That work out routine is only half of my regular routine. And you're right I don't do it everyday. I don't need to. My metabolism takes cares of me even if i don't work out. That "so hard" work out was my high school track team warm up. Unlike my people I can control my weight easily. THe girls that have taken my routine has lost massive weights and felt wonderful.
