I downloaded this and I got two or three flights out of it. Now it crashes the game evrytime
I select it and press fly now can someone please help

Remove the folder panel, if it works, some gauge is conflicting, probably. You can put "/ /" before each command line inside the folder "panel.cfg" until you find the culprit. Thus, you lose only the gauge corresponding to the conflict.
Microsoft Games>> Flight Simulator 9>> Aircraft >> MI-24V >> Panel>> panel.cfg
Try removing Panel! (name change only)
