@Jim1905 Possible, though not likely, because the Bible says that unless the Holy Spirit first draws a person to Jesus, he cannot will himself to become Born Again, on his own. If the Bible was included in the information given out, then YES, it is very possible, because reading the Word of God will cause the Holy Spirit to start drawing a person to Jesus, but not plain words from a man or men alone. Prayer will also do it - to pray for others that the Holy Spirit will start convicting them!

I tried every way, religion, secular lifestyle, meditation, spirit control and everything else except drugs. All worked awhile and left me worse off. After 30+ years, I discovered Christ again (actually He pulled me in.) Then only I knew, it wasn't what I DID but a PERSONAL relationship with my Creator that's the answer. Call on Yesu.

I'm in Macau. Christians in China, even my own friends are willing to risk minimum 2 years hard labor and prison to attend Christian meetings. One of my friends in Shenzhen recently 'disappeared', after a few years of organizing Christian meetings at her house.
I haven't heard from her in months, and most Christians say its likely she's been taken to prison. She knew the risk, but still loved enough to use her house to welcome people to worship God.

There is the grey area of accountability. The Bible does give us some info on this by saying that if at least one parent is Born Again, then their children are covered up to the age of accountability, where they lose their "get out of jail free" card, so to speak, and must become Born Again for themselves.

I had a visting pastor giving us some preach in the northwest baptism church in the northern ireland, that guy bla bla for a long while and found his bla bla has no relation with today's preaching!!!! People who go to church are normally old and few. I think it is a big problem.

If Gandhi telling hindus to reverentially study the teachings of Jesus isn't spreading the good news, directly or indirectly then I don't know what is. @Jim1905 Possible, though not likely, because the Bible says that unless the Holy Spirit first draws a person to Jesus, he cannot will himself to become Born Again, on his own. If the Bible was included in the information given out, then YES, it is very possible, because reading the Word of God will cause the Holy Spirit to start drawing a person to Jesus, but not plain words from a man or men alone. Prayer will also do it - to pray for others that the Holy Spirit will start convicting them!

No, I don't think so because that would make Buddhism a dead religion and the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama totally forgotten and the belief and doctrine of karma and reincarnation decline. @34isanumber I feel for u cos I went thru similiar experience. All my ancestors and people were Hindus. I came to know Yesu at age 14. After 2 years, I stopped. I tried every way, religion, secular lifestyle, meditation, spirit control and everything else except drugs. All worked awhile and left me worse off. After 30+ years, I discovered Christ again (actually He pulled me in.) Then only I knew, it wasn't what I DID but a PERSONAL relationship with my Creator that's the answer. Call on Yesu.

Almost every single major religion out there has some form of holy scriptures and miracle men that have helped built and structure the religion. I'm in Macau. Christians in China, even my own friends are willing to risk minimum 2 years hard labor and prison to attend Christian meetings. One of my friends in Shenzhen recently 'disappeared', after a few years of organizing Christian meetings at her house.
I haven't heard from her in months, and most Christians say its likely she's been taken to prison. She knew the risk, but still loved enough to use her house to welcome people to worship God.

There is the grey area of accountability. Jesus has been sending His Spirit over the nations in awesome ways, and He is building His church, against which the gates of hell will NEVER prevail, for He said it would not. No torture or killing of Christians will ever stop the growth of His church. Many from all nations, tongues,peoples, and tribes will be brought into His kingdom and will be part of the Bride of Christ.

at the beginning of the vid, the speaker make a mistake, li jiang is in yunnan province instead of hunan province. I'm not sure whether the whole li su minority ppl are christians, but lots of them are. Praise the Lord and many of them are illiterate but they can sing songs and hyms very well b/c they were taught from their old generations even though they can't read.

I live in America!!! I go to high school and 5 weeks ago we had forign exchange students come from Hogn Kong and Beijing China and to all of our surprises many of them were Christian.
When this one girl said she loves christ everyone just stared at each other for 1 minute straight and really vecaome good friends with her!
There are tons of christians in China. Many of them are rich and they say its SPREADING REALLY FAST:)

Islam is only groing faster than Christianity in general. The problem is the ingorance of westerners.The Catholic church isn't growing fast at all. Evangelical Christianity is growing at almost TWICE the rate of Islam. 6 million people are leaving Islam every year in Africa according to the Arabic aljazeera news source.

The christians in china that so bravely defy the governments persecutions, much like the earliest christians did it in europe before Constantine converted, will be in my prayers tonight. I wright this, not to make myself look better, but in the hope that others will do the same...
God is doing amazing things in China these years...

there are now 20,000 people a day coming to Jesus in China.........My wife was a sunday school teacher there in a protestant church in Hangzhou it is the largest church I have ever been in..........Only the rural areas have to worship illegally and only because the churches have not been santioned yet but they will be soon............
